1. Scope of Services & Limitations of Liability

DAMAR ENT LLC provides professional corporate infrastructure solutions grouped under three distinct operational pillars: Business Consulting, Administrative Management, and Compliance & Credit Support.

• Administrative & Strategic Consulting: Deliverables, templates, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) are built for internal organizational efficiency. We do not guarantee specific macroeconomic performance metrics or external funding approvals.
• No Legal or Legal Tax Advice: While we optimize administrative compliance structures, our consulting advisory does not constitute formal legal counsel or certified public accounting (CPA) services. Clients must cross-examine specialized maneuvers with their respective legal retainers.

2. Credit Support Framework & Federal Compliance (CROA)

For individual consumers engaging our Personal Credit Repair support, services are strictly conditioned upon the execute of a separate, comprehensive, written service contract compliant with the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA) (15 U.S.C. § 1679).

• No Advance Fees: In absolute compliance with federal law, DAMAR ENT LLC never charges or accepts payment for personal credit repair services before those services are fully rendered. All consumer fees are structured strictly on a post-performance or monthly subscription basis after work has been verified.
• Right of Cancellation: Under CROA, consumer clients have an explicit, un-waivable right to cancel their service contract without any penalty or obligation within three (3) business days from the date the contract is signed.
• No Guarantees of Specific Outcomes: Accurate transactional history or verifiable records cannot legally be deleted from a credit report. We do not make fraudulent claims regarding the absolute removal of valid credit parameters.

3. Secure Access & Portal Governance

Authorized clients will receive credentials to access our proprietary digital infrastructure. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login vectors and multi-factor parameters.

• Anti-Harvesting Restrictions: Clients are strictly prohibited from utilizing programmatic scripts, scraping mechanisms, or automated extractions to harvest templates, dynamic code architectures, or layout configurations.
• Onboarding Lock: Access to the interactive data analytical dashboard is automatically blinded and restricted until the user accepts their specific corporate agreement and validates their identity via cryptographic electronic signatures.

4. Fees, Billing, & Institutional Transacting

All fee structures for custom administrative modeling, tax certificate management, and consulting allocations are established in individual Statements of Work (SOW) or digital subscription checkouts.

• Payment Authorization: By providing credit card or ACH routing profiles, you authorize DAMAR ENT LLC to execute transactions in accordance with your chosen billing lifecycle.
• Late Payments: Delinquent balances exceeding fifteen (15) calendar days will result in immediate suspension of secure portal access and a pause on automated data report processing until accounts are reconciled.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The website layout, original codebases, custom dashboard plugins, text, branding designs (navy blue, silver, and white corporate guidelines), and automated analysis prompt structures are the exclusive intellectual property of DAMAR ENT LLC. No part of this proprietary stack may be reproduced, reverse-engineered, distributed, or repurposed without written executive consent from our corporate management.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any contractual controversies arising from your interaction with our infrastructure shall be governed by, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Mississippi, without giving effect to conflicts of law principles. Any formal legal proceedings, mediation, or structural arbitrations must be filed and executed exclusively within the state courts located in or serving Pascagoula, Mississippi.

7. Amendments and Severability
